Payments are to be made via electronic fund transfer.
Bookings are only secured once a 25% non-refundable deposit has been received.
Bookings made with short notice are subject to availability.
Bookings that fall within one month or the week of the event date – the full payment is required to confirm the booking and are subject to availability
No provisional bookings will be taken at any time.
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent via e-mail.
Cancellations made less than 1 month (30days) prior to the event will not be refunded.
Cancellations made more than 1 month (30 days) prior to the event, will be given a refund minus the 25% booking deposit.
Tamsyn will be under no obligation to refund any money paid until cancellation; however, the client will not be liable for any further payments.
Previews can be cancelled at any point, however those cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will not be refunded.
Cancellations by the artist due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the artist’s performance of their obligations where no other suitable alternative can be provided, a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered. If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of the artist where possible the artist will endeavour to rectify such situations, however no compensation will be offered on the artist’s part.
Travel costs will be calculated at R7 per kilometre between the artist’s location to the required venue of the event.
The client will cover any necessary travel expenses of the artist as agreed at the time of the booking, this is to include should it be required toll roads and parking charges.
Please note that bridal previews are essential to ensure that you are absolutely satisfied with the final result of the preview.
The maximum time allocation for any one preview booking is 2.5 hours for a makeup/hair booking or 4.5 hours for a makeup and hair booking. Any additional time required will have to be booked as a repeat preview.
Bookings, where clients cannot/do not wish to have a preview, full payment is required upon booking.
